The Human Resources Compliance Manager will be a critical member of our company, responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work with our executive team and outside legal counsel to oversee all human resources compliance functions and employee relations, company policies and procedures, and internal audits.
You will post and manage job openings and applications and coordinate with various departments at PhotoDay to vet candidates and guide the hiring process.
You will evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to current processes, create or update policies and procedures, and periodically audit records to ensure current and ongoing compliance.
You will have the responsibility to ensure that PhotoDay is adhering to applicable labor and employment legal standards and internal company policies, and will provide guidance on all compliance matters related to employees and contractors.

We are looking for a skilled Image Editing Artist with a deep understanding of photography concepts and expertise in image manipulation. The successful candidate will be adept at using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to produce high-quality, retouched images. A keen eye for detail and a comprehensive knowledge of photo-editing techniques are crucial for this role.

The Data Labeler is a critical member of our Machine Learning Team, responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of image data. This role will be pivotal in reviewing, refining, and labeling image data to train and test our machine learning models.

We’re looking for an experienced senior software engineer to help build and grow our platform.
An ideal candidate would have experience across a variety of systems and platforms. We are looking for someone who enjoys more than just going to work because we are a family inside the office and out. This job is fully remote or hybrid, meaning we are flexible when it comes to remote and office time; most of our employees enjoy coming into the office once a week. Also, our salary is negotiable based on experience.
